GutWire DIY speaker cables are intended primarily for in-wall installations and custom-length speaker-cable runs. They provide a practical way to use high-purity oxygen-free copper conductors in installations where the cable length, routing, and final termination need to be determined by the customer or installer.

The conductors are protected by their specified insulation without the addition of separate shielding material. The cables are UL and CSA approved for their intended installation applications, making them suitable for properly specified in-wall audio installations.

Available in customer-specified lengths, the DIY range is suitable for new construction, home-theatre wiring, distributed audio, and custom two-channel installations. The cable can be cut to the required length and terminated according to the requirements of the loudspeaker and amplifier.
